	David called me as soon as he got the referral. His schedule was flexible. He showed up on time (actually he was a bit early) and called when he was on his way so I knew to expect him. He was very thorough. I hired him to find where the water was getting into my condo. He listened to me, asked good questions and then investigated. I would highly recommend Hunter Home Inspections, especially for first time home buyers. Both Mr. and Mrs. Hunter wre very thorough, patient and informative. Mr. Hunter spent five hours at the property inspecting each room and the exterior and pointing out important features of the house design and operating systems. He also gave referrals for carpet cleaning and roofing, both required activities. The detail of the report complete with color photographs was extremely helpful and Mr. Hunter allowed me to follow him during the entire inspection and answered all my questions.
